process for
2 years, the
Session
Harness is a
mix of ideas
and concepts
from our
experience
in
kiteboarding,
skydiving,
and hang
gliding.
If you have
been
unfortunate
enough to
have a
harness fail
while kiting
you will
understand
our mission
to create
the
toughest,
safest
harness ever
conceived.
Built with
the same
rugged
construction
and
attention to
detail as
all Ocean
Rodeo
products,
the Session
Harness was
designed to
be super
strong while
at the same
time
incorporating
obvious
safety
requirements
currently
ignored by
our
competitors.
One day all
harnesses
will be
built this
way!
Construction:
One of
toughest
sewn
products we
could think
of was the
good old
Hockey
Skate. We
looked at
how hockey
skates
combined
both stiff
and soft
fabrics to
make a truly
bomber
product that
was
comfortable
when worn
under high
loads.
Sewing:
Double buck
stitch
sewing all
around.
Fabrics:
heavy-duty
ballistic
nylons,
seamless
internal
webbing
power band
that
supports the
hook
attachment...
everything
is double
sewn,
reinforced
and then
attached to
the internal
power band.
Rock solid!
Comfort:
Molded
thermo foam
padding
against your
body for
maximum
comfort.

We've put
the leg
strap hinge
point at the
hip instead
of the lower
bum allowing
the rider a
huge range
in leg
motion.
Unlike
traditional
harness leg
straps that
hinder your
freedom,
there is no
leg
restriction
thanks to
the side
loading,
lock and
load leg
straps.
 Our
unique leg
strap
attachment,
(through a
"port"
located on
the top edge
of the
harness)
allows the
rider a
giant range
in harness
height
adjustment ,
another
first from
Ocean Rodeo.
Simply
thread the
clip through
the port and
click in.
Because of
the "up
high" leg
strap you
have a huge
range of
adjustment
on the
harness
height. Ride
seat style
(low) or
waist
harness
height (mid)
without the
chance of
the harness
riding up.
Wear your
leg straps
inserted
into the
Session
short!
Allowing you
to wear your
board shorts
over the leg
straps! It's
all about
style!
This unique
up high leg
strap port
allows the
rider to
wear board
shorts or
pants over
the leg
straps when
worn in
combination
with the
Session
Under Short,
effectively
hiding the
straps. As
well as
looking good
covering the
leg straps
eliminates
one more
potential
tangle spot
for lines.
 The
leg straps
can also be
worn over
dry suits
and wetsuits
without the
internal
shorts.
Leg straps
are
completely
removable so
the harness
can also be
worn as just
a waist
harness!
Leash Quick
Release
Letting go
of your kite
with a leash
connected to
the back of
your harness
can be a
sketchy move
in some
conditions.
If things go
wrong you
now have the
final option
of releasing
your leash
from the
back of the
harness.
 Simply
pull the red
eject handle
next to the
harness hook
and you'll
be free!

hook's load.
